Human Rights
Samho Development runs ‘One Heart’ seminars, which include discussions of human rights,
for all employees, in order to deepen their understanding and awareness of human rights.
We will keep growing these seminars so we can create a company culture that fosters human rights
protection and prevents human rights violations.

Protection for
Foreign Workers
Samho Development protects the rights of foreign workers and helps them adapt to life in Korea by
providing interpreting services, foreign language signs, clothes, including winter clothes, and kitchens
appropriate for non-Korean people.

Process System
Samho Development’s integrated complaint resolution process protects the rights of employees,
customers, business partners, local residents and all other related parties. The Complaints Committee
resolve all complaints related to workplace and sexual harassment, power abuse, etc.
