In 1997, Samho Development became the first company to acquire ISO9001 certification,
the international standard for quality management.
Since then, we have maintained and improved our quality management systems
by continually renewing our certification. Samho Development’s quality management system is based on a PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) policy,
which helps us to continually improved product quality.

Samho Development conducts regular training for department managers of in order to
keep improving construction quality. Manager training sessions are not only vehicles for passing
on the know-how that Samho Development has accumulated by providing only the best quality for
over 40 years, they are also forums for communication about how to improve on-site work processes.

System
for Quality
Improvement
To facilitate quality improvement, Samho Development has implemented a suggestion system
so employee opinions can be heard quick.
On-site workers use our intranet to suggest possible improvements related to construction methods
and materials utilization to ensure that Samho Development provides the best quality construction
in the face of constantly changing site conditions.
